These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ScaleItLive website and your engagement with our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ScaleItLive provides digital services including website development, UI/UX design, Instagram growth strategy, SEO & performance optimisation, and paid advertising management. The scope and deliverables of each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Project Engagements
All projects require a written agreement or proposal signed by both parties prior to commencement. Project timelines, deliverables, revision rounds, and payment schedules are defined in the individual project agreement. ScaleItLive reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if payment obligations are not met.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may attract a delay fee as specified in the project agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables and creative assets produced for your project become your property. ScaleItLive retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets, fonts, or plugins used remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately. ScaleItLive is not responsible for delays caused by late provision of content, feedback, or approvals by the client.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. ScaleItLive will not disclose your business information to any third party without your prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
ScaleItLive's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued engagement with our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
